A. Yes, very discreet. All orders are sent in plain brown boxes or padded envelopes. There is no indication on the outside of package as to what is inside. We keep all our customer records confidential. We never sell our customer list. We do not send any unsolicited mail. Q. What should I do if I receive a faulty product?
A. To return a defective product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.
